We had five nights and four days to experience the hospitality shown from this family as we spent time in Chihuahua. It is a very small bed and breakfast hotel with twenty-four hour desk and security in the heart of historic downtown. During our stay we spent two days in the hotel relaxing and recharging. There is a lovely enclosed patio, with comfortable table and chairs, air conditioning in the rooms, comfortable beds, a nice breakfast of eggs, ham or chorizo, fruit, toast, coffee, and conversations! We have not stayed other places in Chihuahua, but would definitely book at this boutique hotel again just because they treated us as family! Completely wonderful!

The actual hotel is nice. The owners have recreated a Victorian feel to the rooms. It's very simple, small and intimate. Breakfast was cooked in a kitchen area right next to a beautiful, giant table for us. Simple but delicious eggs with chorizo, cereal, yogurt and papaya. Host was helpful with ideas for what to see in our limited visit. It's walking distance to the central square and a few major sights. Not a lot of fun neighborhood vibe like we have found in Mexico City or Antigua but I would recommend the hotel to anyone spending time in Chihuahua. Make sure to look through the folder of pictures of renovation to appreciate what they did.

I stayed at this hotel for three days because I was presenting my book, Abraham Lincoln and Mexico, at the state archives and Museo de Casa de Juarez The host was very gracious. He cooked breakfast for us each morning: eggs with chorizo, tortilla, coffee, fruit. The rooms had heat and we quite comfortable We used the patio often for book discussions, as well as the cozy living room. The hotel is situated in an ideal location for access to the center of the city. We also felt safe walking about. Highly recommended.

We stayed at San Felipe El Real for one night on our way to take the Copper Canyon train and one night on our return. Next time, we will stay more nights. We loved our room. The staff is extremely helpful and nice (they even arranged for my car to have its oil changed and the alternator repaired while we were gone). Our room was spacious; there's a great living room area and dining room area where we hung out; breakfast was prepared for us, including eggs to our liking. The house is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and rarities. Plus, we were only a few blocks from the cathedral and the really great Historical Museum of the Revolution at Pancho Villa's house. We highly recommend!

A great place to stay, located close to the main plaza but in a quiet street. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any one visiting Chihuahua.

Clean, quiet and lovely mid-19th century home/B&B... walking distance from El Chepe Station and the cathedral. Lovely breakfast included and really nice staff. Hector had great suggestions on what to do in a short amount of time. We really enjoyed our stay here... as short as it was. Highly recommend.
