Bathroom was dirty… old soap in it and out of toilet tissue. Multiple lamps did not work. The tv only had a few channels and could not stream… but the staff was sooo nice considerate and tried to help in anyway

Poor staff, take my family to checkin three hour, change three room was not in good condition, noisy the two nights my family stayed, unclean, uncomfortable, soda & water machine not working, overall your hotel was nasty, you all should give up a big discount 🙁🙁🙁

I would never stay there again, unclean,uncomfortable, doors don’t lock, y’all advertise on line was fake, we hurdled dollars a night, for a cheap hotel worst twenty five dollars a night. Staff was In professional, didn’t know how to talk to tenants ☹️☹️☹️

Poor customer service since we came to check in they stated that they didn’t use cash app cards but charged my card I had to wait to receive my money back he took a $100 deposit from us saying we could stay and pay the morning of check out day instead they came the night before around 11pm while we were sleeping banging on the door about receiving the funds trying to break into the room invading privacy so we paid with the cash app card they stated they didn’t accept packed our things and left we didn’t feel safe at all during our stay and we will not be going back ever in any lifetime another thing we had a problem with is the door we stayed in room 121 the door already looked broken into prior to our stay

Walked into the lobby it was junky, the hall as well had trash in it . The elevator was filthy and then when I walked in the room there were roaches all over the room.
