Hilton Garden Inn Louisville-Northeast

The Hilton Garden Inn NE is a great venue! The staff was friendly, the bathrooms and common spaces were incredibly clean with a modern feel. Will definitely utilize this place in the future for business needs in Louisville!

My husband and I walked into a very clean and vibrant setting in the lobby. It was a busy Friday night and we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff right away. The front desk was so attentive to our needs! Our room was a King suite and we absolutely loved how fresh and inviting it felt. We had an event which Brian Hayden put together and it turned out perfect. The room, food, atmosphere felt organized and our event went smoothly. We also want to give a huge thank you to the bar that had the integrity to give our credit card they kept as our tab to the front desk when we accidentally forgot to pick it up before they closed. We are very very impressed!

Staff was polite and helpful. Facility was clean, well-maintained and quiet. Such a convenient location.

This Hotel was so bad I checked out 3 hours after I checked in. The room I was given had a tub shower which as a middle 70's person I could not use. I requested a walk in shower. The hotel was less than half full, but the staff refused my request. I told them I would fall if I tried to use the tub shower. They didn't care. I'm a Hilton Gold member, but that didn't matter. My only course of action was to leave. I will never go to this Hotel again and I am planning on never going to any Hilton hotels again.

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. But you could tell the property was old or that it used to be something else before it was a Hilton. Also, the AC worked very well, but it was loud. Other than that, the property was great.
