A great hotel only 15-20 minutes from downtown Louisville with plenty to do nearby. The only “negative” thing I can even say about our experience was there were only two full size towels in the bathroom, which is common. I wish every stay in a hotel went as smoothly as this one did. Fantastic experience!

"BEST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN KENTUCKY!"

Brian Hayden was my first contact at the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville NE when I called to inquire about dates we needed to have a room block for about 20 folks for multiple nights in September, and he was a true pleasure - offering rooms at a great rate to include complimentary breakfast. Then I worked with the amazing Hannah Heile who was absolutely WONDERUL despite my multiple changes in dates and team members. She was extremely responsive and took the best care of us when we had people who made duplicate reservations - forgot we had a block! She prevented duplicate billing and we are eternally grateful. The place was beautiful, and its customer service is superior!

Bathroom cleanliness / detailing was concerning. Mold / mildew visible in bath. Pictures attached. Hallway floors unvacacummed. Debris visible. Staff shortage so the restaurant / bar was closed. Not the level of cleanliness I'd expect from a Hilton.
