早餐人非常多，食物品质一般。游泳池水不是最干净，室内游泳池夏天非常热，几乎无法游泳。儿童游戏中心收费过高，且机器1/3是坏的。

不错，房间宽敞。酒店比较大，有儿童乐园室内外。还可以去周围的泰晤士小镇和大学城逛一逛。

适合一家三口去玩，有小朋友喜欢的游泳池和沙滩

6月の端午節休暇の際に家族で滞在しました。 1）人工ビーチとプールに子供は大喜びでした。 2）ホテル周辺には何もないのでホテル内で食事するしかありません。 3）ビュッフェは人だらけでした、早目に行って時間をずらせば良かったです。 4）タクシーで行ける距離に遊園地が有ります、子連れなら終日遊べます。

The stay was great. We had two days at Sofitel and enjoyed every minute. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. The facilities in the hotel are very nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Very bad stay. Terrible smoke smell in the whole non smoking floor, 40mn for check in, and really bad food. will not return...

The stay was a disaster. It took us 40mn to check in, the rooms had a terrible smoke smell even in the non-smoking floor, front office never pick up the phone and the food was disgusting and very expensive. Eventually we shorten the trip. Will never go again.

The Hotel was nice, but not very well maintained, the lobby was luxury, breakfast was good. The hall way was confused, and not very easy to find our room.
