Rooms, staff and facilities are for the best part good

Value for money is poor. Some of the facilities in my room did not work, response time to fix facilities was very long. Arranging a late check out was a dramatic unnecessary saga. Again if you pay premium price you should get premium service.

Signature Level was the best part of my stay it had top shelf alcohol and areas I did not know about. I also, loved that they offered hookah and the shower in my room was outdoors.

I didn't like the food. I'm also not a person to be picky at resorts but the food was not good at all. The steak house had the best food. The buffets were trash

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The variety of choices was excellent.

The staff were exceptional!! Very attentive, and helpful.

The pool has no entertainment or music!!! This is where the guest spent the majority of their time and there was literally no vibes. The staff spent more time trying to get you to buy things, instead of providing entertainment for the all-inclusive “resort” that was already paid for. The property is an hour away from the fun. Also the beds were terrible. They were also still recovering from the hurricane.
