Location is accessible

There is no a/c in the bedrooms. The ceiling fan is creating a noise we can't sleep properly. No handwash in th common toilet. In the kitchen no handwash and dishwashing. For the bed if they can change the bed in atleast King single too small for a tall person.

Nothing

No communication from the property, locked gate, reception locked up, no response to calls or emails despite arriving as stated at 2pm. Had to book elsewhere last minute as we were on a timeline. Got a key code over an hpur later, no apologies or explanation. The alternative hotel was so much nicer and nearly half the price. Copacabana is overpriced and terrible service.

Very run down and dirty

Didn't have breakfast. Location was awesome.

The age of the property. Lights didn't work. No toilet on bottom level.

The apartment had good facilities but not all where in working order

We booked for 2 beds, yet there was linen for only one bed, and i had to make it myself (after purchasing my own linen as they did have any) Kitchen oven and microwave were not clean The fan lights (lounge and bedroom) were not working and although it was reported on first day, none came to fix it. We had to use the other rooms light to see in the bedroom and the lounge room (where we had the sofa bed) pool hours were to 9pm, but cleaner closed the heated pool at 8pm (locking doors)

The guy running the property is an absolute fraudster, they literally had tenants in our room until we arrived, we checked out the next day the room was that bad, where do I start, there was mould, stains on the blinds that resembled a murder scene, half eaten jelly in the fridge, doors that could not be locked, and the room smelt putrid
