Myrtle Beach Resort by Beach Vacations

Cons: Dead roaches upon arrival, floor had cracks that were buckled, none of the furniture was comfortable in any way, hairbrush from previous person left in bedroom, DVD player didn’t work (wasn’t even hooked up), batteries in remote were dead, handle to hot water in master bathroom sink was broken and didn’t work Pros: location to the beach

I didnt like the fact pools werent open. No ramps into the property had to use stairs to get to luggage racks. Condo we had was nice. Very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.

Not one to complain but upon arrival nothing was really cleaned. The sheets and blankets were dirty, there was standing molding water in the dishwasher, there was still dirt everywhere. Just not cleaned very well at all.

We stayed at this resort 2 years ago and loved it and we loved it again this year. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom by the booking agent and my kids couldnt have been happier. The elevator was broken for the first 2 days (button for the 3rd floor was broken) but the stairwells were easily accessible and clean. The outdoor swimming pools were closed due to CDC guidelines but with beach access so close it wasnt a guge inconvenience

Loved our condo and view. The place was not very clean and I ended up cleaning everything. Having to travel 9 miles to pick up and drop off keys was a hassle. Took over 20 min to get an elevator on a Saturday morning. Blankets were a bit dingy and I had to go buy some. But my family had a great time and the view was worth the small issues.

We had such a horrible experience!! The day we arrived, the Condo smelled like sewage and was filthy. The beds had not been changed and had sand on the sheets. The counters, stove, microwave and sinks were dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The floors were so dirty. I tried to call the office where we checked in but was unable to get in touch with them. The next morning I was able to speak with them about the condition of the Condo. They said they would send a "Cleaning team" but we couldn't be there when they arrived which was an inconvenience to us!! The "TEAM" changed the beds and sprayed air freshener and as they were leaving my son overheard one of them say in the hallway "THAT PLACE WILL ALWAYS STINK"!!! The following day a plumber came without a flashlight or any tools to check under the sink in the bathroom that smelled like sewage. He looked under the sink with his cellphone flashlight and said he couldn't do anything until we checked out. So we had to endure that sewage smell until we checked out. We were not offered a different Condo, a refund or an apology or explanation for our inconvenience. I think we were exposed to very unhealthy conditions in that Condo. I tried and tried to call them after the plumber left and never got back in touch with them until the day we checked out. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed with them. We were so disappointed with the unhealthy condition of the Condo and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

Like the resort but the room wasn't clean it had crumbs on the counter and table and floor. One of my table had dirt stain on it

It could have been cleaner prior to our arrival,the lights blew in both bathrooms and master bedroom,the master bedroom shower/tube spout was broke,needed to be replaced

Room was dirty and outdated. Staff was awful. The property manager was the rudest person i have ever come across. Would not stay again even if it was free.
