Myrtle Beach Resort by Beach Vacations

It was wonderful and great for families will be back next year

The information in the email was incorrect regarding hours of operation as well as check in/out times. The people at Beach Vacations are not all on the same page. Supposed to call to tell us to go to the room, had to call them. Room had coach roaches, used the laundry room and someone stole 5 towels from the dryer, and stove burner kept going on and off. Location is amazing and beautiful views, so I do recommend the location.

The unit we stayed in, A416 was incredibly out dated. It was dark and decorated like my childhood (I'm 37), definitely not beach themed or even light and airy. The unit wasn't cleaned, sand on the furniture and cigarette butts on the porch. The pots and pans were awful, scratched and burnt. The recliner was broken and could not be sat in, it would lean forward and you would end up in the floor. The resort is a little dated, but our friends had MUCH nicer rooms than ours. I would stay in another unit at this resort, but I would ask for pictures first. Two elevators broke during our stay, we don't mind the stairs but others had a hard time. I felt safe allowing my teenagers to roam about and play at all the many different amenities. The karaoke bar was fun and had good food, the pizza place on site was good too. The pool is big and never felt crowded. I did not like the check in process, it was offsite and they did nothing when I called and reported the broken chair and a constantly leaking faucet in the bathroom, that was loud enough to make it hard to fall asleep. The resort was great for kids/teenagers/young adults, the people staying here were fun, friendly, and more like a party crowd - this isn't the place to go to have peace and quiet and relax - we stayed in the front two buildings closest to the beach. We enjoyed our time despite the problems we encountered.

Family vacation for a week, had a ball. Kids loved it. Beach was nice.

Easy check in, needed plumber during stay, quick response. Would like to come agsin.

It was great, the condo was right by the ocean and a nice outdoor pool. The indoor pool was a great added bonus. The only negative would be the wait on Saturday to get into the resort, I guess a lot of check ins are on Saturday, a process to get those who already have a pass to get in quickly.

It is a great beach stay place. We stayed in 2 bedrooms with a queen size pullout sofa bed. The kitchen has everything if you want to cook by yourself. Besides very closed beach, the resort has children pool, lazy river, hot spa, playground and tennis court. An excellent place to relax with your family.

Fun pools, beach and lazy river! My rooms were clean and comfortable but in one room the air conditioning was not working even after maintenance came out a few times. My guest had to come to my apartment so they were able to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our condo had plenty of space and two bathrooms so the four of us weren't in each others way. We had an excellent view of the ocean and beach from our balcony. The room did have a different odor to it and the beds were not the most comfy. The biggest issue we had was with the after hours check in. We had to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone trying to reach someone to get the code to the locked box with our building key. There was another family there before us who had been waiting even longer in which they left in frustration. Despite these few things, We would go this route again over a hotel any day, and stay at this property again!
