Myrtle Beach Resort by Beach Vacations

Second time staying at the resort! Family Friendly and more than enjoyable stay both times, can't wait till the next time....

Overall the resort was great; plenty of parking, pools were clean and the beach was beautiful. The on premise beach restaurant was amazing. There was some construction going on, but it didn't interfere with our vacation. I would recommend this resort to anyone. However my room was horrible. The layout of the room is spacious and can accommodate up to 6. But my room A140 was run down and filthy. My wife was grossed out by the filth. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty. All the corners had piles of dirt. The tiles were either loose or cracked. The box spring was shredded. And the bathrooms had mold. Even the lamp shades had dirt/stains on them. And to top it off, my air conditioner broke the last night. To be fair my two brother Inlaws also rented two other room in the same building and they were beautiful and clean. When I reported my complaints to the management company, they were sympathetic and also compensated me by reversing the resort fees.

The check in process was a run around. Had to drive 45 minutes round trip to get access codes because we checked in after hours. The codes should be at the resort ahead of time.

Just need updated appliances and furniture overall everything else was ok

This Was A Great Trip with Friends! The Only Thing About This Trip that was Annoying was Checking In at a different Location Twice To get The Keys & I Recieved A Set Of Broken Keys!

It was excellent we stayed there before and it was a perfect location!

The condo was spacious and beautiful..basically clean and neat.. The rings holding up the sliding doors curtains were pulling out of the fabric., there were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed.

Booking was ok, really wasn’t happy with my hotel being moved after booking, half the light didn’t work once got into the room, the pull out sofabed had food in it that I had to clean. The layout and location of the room I was happy with until we found roaches 😡

After initially being checked into a room we felt was sub par, staff were able to move us to a more acceptable room the following morning. They were very helpful in making us happy with our condo. There are lots of pools and hot tubs. We were a bit disappointed that the lazy river wasn’t open as it was advertised as an amenity. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

The overall stay was good. The cleaning company could do a little better job. The place was dusty. Also, the old fabric on the furniture could use a good washing.
