Myrtle Beach Resort by Beach Vacations

Nice resort. Room was okay. Air conditioning didn't work well and the cooking supplies was very limited. Had to buy some so we could cook breakfast.

It would have been better had the website not said partial ovean view and it literally only had a little peak from a far corner of the balcony, also I understand all the amenities shut down because of the virus, but we noticed some of the things listed on the website was no where to be found on the grounds. Also, our room wasnt very clean, and had to have maintenance come the next day because of a clogged tub (water was actually in the tub when we arrived.. which would have been noticed if they had cleaned properly..) and the tvs kept losing connection to the cable.

Like the ocean front Wuarterdeck bar and grill. As for the unit we rented it was a good size and had everything needed for our stay including all appluanes and kitchen items. Decor was dated, kitchen sink sprayer was loose, oven door did not close securly.

Great location! Very comfortable stay! We hope to return next year!

I liked the proximity to the ocean. It was just a short walk from our condo. The Condo we stayed in was extremely clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The condo was very cozy. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows in our condo so flat that it was almost like having no pillow at all. Next time we will bring our own. We had a great time and plan on returning in December.

Horrible that we had to drive 10 miles from the property to get the keys, 10 miles took over 30 minutes. Property was dated.

The property was clean and amenities were great. Would stay here again.

So much confusion at check in. The manager was awful and very hateful didn’t try to make things easier. She was on her phone on snap chat hearing us complain and said nothing until the girl at the desk said let me get my manager she acted like it killed her to get off her phone to help and was so rude. Stating it’s not against the law to be on her phone. This lady doesn’t need to be managing any property. The elevator in my building was out due to “Hurricane Dorian” other guest were complaining she was hateful to them as well told us to walk and use another elevator which was very inconvenient since I was on the 4th floor having to carry my stuff from building to building. She may not could have helped the elevator was broken but was not trying to make customers feel better just being so rude. She ruined this experience for me.

My stay was great was nice and clean place for out family

Thus property has a great view of the ocean. It is always a clean and quiet stay.
