"Excellent"

Clean & very comfy beds. The complimentary toiletries smelt divine. The breakfast was outstanding, excellent choices. The coffee was a bit weak though. Local area very accessible with numerous dining options. Discounted parking right next door. Not the hotels fault but workmen decided to do some work right outside at 23.30 & had their van running for over 45mins so disturbed me a bit, just unlucky I guess. Would definitely stay again - thank you.

"Excellent"

The location is fantastic, on the high street with so many restaurants and shops on its doorstep. Our room was comfortable bug enough for 3 adults. The only thing I would say is the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, you could feel the springs as you turned. And alsi recommend changing the kettles from metal to plastic as my roommate burned herself using it. The breakfast was amazing with such a good selection

Central location and within walking distance of the town center and the Race Course. Lovely, friendly staff who explained everything to us on check in. Reasonable price which includes breakfast and a discount on nearby parking.

"Not the usual standard!!!"

We had a disabled friendly room which we did not have an issue with but the kettle had been used to boil milk and dirty tissues under the sink unit!!

"Don't book through hotels.com"

I have no issue with the hotel. I do however have an issue with hotels.com not understanding what a VAT receipt is. They gave me a number to contact and this number asks for an itinerary number, as soon as you enter that number, it's not recognised. Even the hotel itself doesn't recommend I use your app to book my stay with them. Very very disappointed with the service from hotels.com

It was just an overnight stay. The kids love and enjoy the stay! Most especially they enjoyed the breakfast 👍 the only downside pool was outside the hotel.
