beautiful city, very nice hotel

This was One of the best Hotels we have stayed! It was clean, beautiful, with an almost private jungle around the rooms. It was conveniently located near the center of town, but also in a quiet area where you can hear birds and insects buzz at night. We will be back and we recommend it highly to anyone who wants a beautiful and affordable place to stay that feels and looks like a five star hotel.

The staff were rather unhelpful and tried to charge us different rates for the 2 rooms because the booking had shown 7 people rather than 6. The website gives a flat rate per room whereas the hotel charge for extra people in the room. This is not clear on the Hotel.com website. The hotel insisted we pay one room in cash rather than card. The pool was fine and wifi in reception was good. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk from town and the hotels.com website was again incorrect in its description saying it was in centre of Valladolid. Perfectly safe but rather scruffy neighbourhood with few facilities nearby. Quite large and impersonal hotel. We stayed in a much smaller and more centrally located guesthouse on our first visit and it was far better. Valladolid is a lovely town but I would not choose this hotel again.

Beautiful landscaping. Clean hotel but (minor thing) room smells humidity (A/C turned off when there's nobody in)

A wonderful hotel with a helpful and charming staff. There were 2 issues. First, the A/C had only one setting which was very cold, which we could not figure our how to lower. Second, tour buses were parked in the lot right outside our room, and the noise was pretty loud.

Hotel is ok but quite expensive for the Service. We expected more due to the fotos

Felt at home. Easy to communicate with staff. The restaurant served delicious food and were very attentive.

If you have a car, this is a nice option for staying in Valladolid. Not near downtown, but in a nice neighborhood. It's a beautiful property, but at least our room needed some maintenance. Good value for money, with a nice pool and spacious rooms.

Great little hotel but about a kilometer from the town square. Free parking, great little room with a large shower. Chocolate scented soaps and shampoo. Only gripe was the wifi wasn't accessible from our room but wifi speed was fine in the lobby and restaurant.
