Ecotel Quinta Regia

Very quiet, rooms away from the street in a residential neighbourhood. There is secure parking and a lovely and very large garden path.

This is a beautiful traditional Mexican hotel and grounds with free Wi-Fi, parking and onsite restaurant. Just a short walk from the Valladolid town square.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful setting. Lovely rooms. Gorgeous grounds. Very helpful staff and a nice restaurant serving everything from breakfast to dinner.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Excellent restaurant on site and pool side bar/palapa. Pretty native garden/vegetation accessible from patios. Some mosquitos, especially in garden areas. Within walking distance of town center.

We have stayed here on seprate trips. It is just a nice hotel. It has the best shower I have ever taken in mexico. Great water pressure!! great WIFI. beautiful grounds, secure parking.. everything you could want in a hotel except free coffee in the morning!

It was a very nice hotel, great atmosphere, good wifi and a very fair price. Problems: beds were a little uncomfortable and the breakfast could be a whole lot better.

A nice place to spend few days in Valladolid.But its quite big and inpersonel. The duvets are from satin and not very comfortable to cover with. Each room has a small balcony.

Terrible hotel. Rude, unhelpful staff. Don't stay here! There are much better options in Valladolid.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!! As a full-time traveller I stay in a lot of hotels at various price ranges and I was appalled by the treatment and service we received at the hotel. The staff were the worst I've ever encountered in any of the 29 countries I've been to. They were lazy, lied, gave false/incorrect information. The hotel itself was pretty poor. The pool was filthy. The food at the restaurant was disgusting and overpriced. There were mosquitos everywhere and cleaners left the doors to our room open when they were cleaning so we always came back to a room full of bugs. They also seemed to leave the sliding patio door unlocked after ever visit. Often cleaned the room but left no clean towels. We stayed five nights and had to have our room key replaced about 10 times during our stay due to our door not unlocking. At one point, we had to ask staff FOUR times to unlock our room and were left standing in the heat with a crying baby waiting for them to unlock it. The aircon in the room wouldn't turn on and off and we either freezing or hot. I could go on and on. WORST HOTEL EVER!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Room was very clean, restaurant was good. Close to Chichen Itza.
