Location was great. The hotel was ok

This hotel was an ok place to spend a night in playa del Carmen. Pool was clean and the room was too. Nice shower pressure with hot water.

Nice little hotel. Close to the beach and right off 5th Ave.

Well situated, 38th street has the best restaurants. The builiding is dark, humid and old. Rooms are beautiful but third floor is way too far especially if you have a lot of luggages. Ok for one night

Good stay to be near the beautiful beach and restaurants to eat and hangout...The xoxo and 7-11 store is close by to get water and drinks...city bike is near by to use to get around...right on 5th ave...and no noises at night to get good sleep.

I like this Hotel because it is located on fifth Ave. Nice people but the condition of the hotel are a desastre.

Bastante descuidada y sucia durante me estancia en cuarto 1 está la escalera y todo el día y noche es mucho ruido. En el local contiguo al hotel lo están remodelándolo y desde las 3 pm hasta las 10.30 de la noche era ruido continuo, fui a recepción y el joven encargado dijo que no podía hacer nada yo personalmente fui y les pregunté que a qué hora dejaban de trabajar y dijeron que no sabían fui a buscar un policía y hablo con ellos y sólo así dejaron de hacer ruido total un día sin descanso

STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND VERY NICE MGR. SUPER NICE. I HAD BEEN AT THIS PROPERTY TWICE BEFORE INTHE PAST FEW YEARS AND IT WAS VERY GOOD. NOW THE PROPERTY HAS WATER LEAKS IN THE ROOMS BECAUSE OF THE A/C, BATHROOM FAUCETS LEAK BY BASIN, WATER SPLATTER BY CLOGGED SHOWER HEAD, MAIN SWIMMING POOL HAS NO LADDER TO GET IN OR OUT, WOODEN POOL DECK ROOTED OUT WITH SPLINTERS, STAIRWAY TO UPPER DINNING AREA BROKEN.. IN MY OPINION THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSED DUE TO MANY CODE VIOLATIONS AND LOCK OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE BY OWNERS.

This place is ok to stay for a night or two. I couldn’t recommend for a long stay. It’s cheap and it’s a great location but it’s not your greatest hotel.

They hotel it’s a beautiful small hotel . But the rooms they need to be improving specially at liners and towels are to old and the housekeeping for one reason never clean my bathroom . And the wifi was extremely slow but otherwise the hotel it’s a great location
