Great value. Nice shower! Great friendly staff. Lighting in the room could be improved. Would stay again for a short stay.

The staff was super friendly and nice at all times however, it was inappropriate that the staff were discussing work issues with the manager right outside my door. The wifi was a big deal, there’s no working wifi in the whole building. Mjm

The water pressure was horrible. He said the building is old and the construction next-door was to blame. The construction next-door last until 9 PM seven days a week. The staff was very friendly

AC was pretty bad, beds sidnt have proper sheets and the breakfast was not ready on time. Nicely located and nice hotel in general.

Overall, this place was pretty nice. Location was great, if you wanted to right on the main walking street, La Quinta, and super close to lots of restaurants, the beach, etc. It was rather quiet. Stayed during Hurricane Delta, and felt quite secure. Not sure how loud it might be when bars and clubs re-open, but for my stay, it was quiet and comfortable. Major problem was that descriptions for the rooms were not accurate -- I had been looking forward to be able to do some cooking, but no kitchenette in the standard room. Also, the checkin process took longer than any hotel I have ever stayed at, easily over a half hour. The staff was quite friendly and capable. Enjoyed my stay.

El hostal Ticui es un lugar muy agradable con personal muy cordial. Se los recomiendo.

The location can’t be beat, the employees are very friendly. That being said, it is not the place for people that are older and have some mobility problems. Two flights of stairs was not good for us.

they don't have parking and since la quinta avenida which is the street in front is closed off for pedestrians only, you have to block a block or more away and carry your luggage to the hotel! no elevators so good luck carrying all those suitcases up the stars. they don't answer their phones. oh and the pool looks nothing like those pictures! i was very disappointed- shower was gross- but room was cute and outside shower was a nice touch but i would never stay there again

It was amazing beautiful place with 3 pools and a restaurant near the beach and around everything and the staff was great..!! Thanks to Miguel,Giovanni,Elizabeth y Valeria..looking forward to go back again ❤️
