Casa Ticul Hotel Boutique 5Th Av

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel is nice and the pool is quaint. Hotel is well situated near the more quiet end of the pedestrial zone which was a plus. The room I was in was near the staircase and close to the pool so I heard lots of people coming and going; you could hear other doors opening and closing. It wasn't a problem until late at night when guest would come in from restaurants and bars talking loudly and going for late night swims (the pool was supposed to close at 10pm). I told the staff and they handled it well. The reason I cut my stay short here was because the internet is the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. I would not recommend staying here if you need a reliable and steady internet connection, especially if you work remotely.

I booked a room for 7 night with outdoor jacuzzi that didn’t work for four nights, the night we arrived no hot water in the shower, the way the run this (hotel) more like a hostel

This place is nothing as advertised. The staff working there are kind and helpful but the building is in terrible repair, the breakfast area is closed, half the hotel is closed including 2 pools. Air conditioners leak all over the floor, the wifi works less than half the time, the plumming gets blocked, and the shower is usually cold. The people who own this place are taking awful care of it.

We had a great time at Casa Ticul! The location was excellent and pretty central to all major attractions. I’d have to say the best part of Casa Ticul was the front desk staff; they were absolutely wonderful! They all made sure we had a great time and constantly recommended restaurants and activities as well as booking those activities for us. Thank you so much, Joanna, Luis, Natalie, and Bryan!!

Everything !!!! Did I mention Everything!! The staff was courteous in every way possible!!!Attentive one of the staff even assist me with my luggage!! I will return to this magnificent hotel.

The people/ staff are wonderful nice location on the quiet side for 5th ave it was perfect for me

Very noisy, cold pool, 3 days oit of 4 no hot water, good lovation.

Small hotel. Pool is in centre with no sunlight. Restaurant not open upstairs. Room was clean and nice. Book here only if you want a comfy place to sleep. Staff were nice but super strict onthe 3pm check in. (We were changing hotels and had to wait 4 hours..a koox hotel at that)
