Rooms are nice and clean. Close to shops, stores, and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. I will be staying here every time I'm in the area.

Muy bonito hotel muy antiguo pero muy bonito y tranquilo

My stay at the Hotel Burgess was a pleasent one. Actually for me a perfect one. Visiting the area I was looking for a simple old school hotel. Burgess fit it to a tee. Built in early 20th century the Hotel was no frills affair. Checking in as easy. The room, I had a single, was clean and the bed as very comfortable. The whole place had been remodeled to its former elegance. It's located in the heart of Reedley, close to some wonderful restaurants, especially breakfast. There is a great dance club nearby. Over Hotel Burgess was a great stay and I'd go back again.

I was shocked on arrival thar this had been the go-to hotel for the Korean resistance against Japanese colonization a century ago, and that much of the money to fund the provisional government in exile in Shanghai had been raised there. The hotel is immaculately maintained in its historic form although the rooms themselves need a bit of work. But comfortable and staff were friendly.

Neat little place. Stayed there during a business trip and was happy with the simple accommodations. Enjoyed the old building, wood floors, and B&B feel. Thanks
