We had the pleasure of hosting our daughter’s wedding at this property, and the service exceeded all expectations. The event coordinators demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and remarkable attention to detail throughout the entire planning process and the wedding weekend. Our guests felt welcomed, the food was delicious, and the entire weekend felt effortless thanks to the incredible team. Our family and guests were thoroughly impressed and are still talking abut how wonderful the food and service was for the whole weekend. We highly recommend this hotel for weddings and large events.

From the moment we arrived, the valet and front desk staff were seamless and efficient, welcoming us warmly. We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which was wonderful. Although our stay lasted only one night, we needed to have a quick visit to the spa. My wife enjoyed her time there but unfortunately, the men's whirlpool tub was not in service. I did use the steam and relaxation room which was great. The room was immaculate, spacious and quiet. The location, for us, was prime. Easy to walk around and enjoy the city and easy for us to depart and drive back to NYC.

From the time I got out of my Uber, the service was impeccable. You must must must eat at Ramsey's Kitchen. The rooms are huge and my favorite part was the deep tubs. Will definitely return.

What a great stay at this luxury hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The service was top notch. Book direct and you sign up for the MO group. We had an amazing breakfast for free and decadent deserts in our room when we walked in. We loved it here.

Property is beautiful! The ballroom is exquisite. Great location. Nutcracker Suite is lovely, festive and fun. Truly a great experience.

I had a business lunch at Ramsay’s recently and it was excellent! It was my first time there, and it definitely exceeded every expectation. Our server Dollia knew the menu like the back of her hand and provided so many excellent recommendations which we loved. Also had a chance to meet the manager of the hotel, Jason. He took the time to introduce himself and even gave us a quick tour when we were through with lunch. Every experience down to the valet attendant was top-notch. I have another business lunch scheduled in a couple weeks and I cannot wait to go back.

The team does such a great job at remembering the little things. Incredible hospitality and warmth. Making us feel welcome, known, and as if everyone on the team knows us personally.

Wonderful experience. On arrival, staff were welcoming and efficient. We felt extremely well taken care of. Room was spacious and elegant. Housekeeping kindly bundled my charging cables and left me a fresh lens cleaner next to my reading glasses. The hotel is attached to the walk/mall which is nice and also located very well in the city. Highly satisfied and will make this my go-to hotel in Boston going forward.
