Staff were fabulous and beds are so comfortable.

Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.

Perfect location & excellent service led to a wonderful stay. Paul, the Concierge was terrific at giving suggestions on places to go outside of Boston.

I celebrated my 36th birthday here, and it was beyond exceptional and such an amazing experience. I was greeted by a beautiful cake when I entered the room, received an amazing massage service in their spa and was woken to have delicious breakfast being brought in for me— Lobster Benedict.

Fantastic experience, 10/10! Everyone I interacted with was so incredibly kind to make sure it was a great experience. The spa was so clean and the amenities offered were beautiful.

In parts not clean, mice in restaurant, outdated rooms, blind spotted mirror, loose faucets in bathroom, dripping shower, completely overpriced. Room service was attentive. Avoid this place!

Mandarin Oriental, Boston is situated in the perfect location whether you're staying for business or leisure. The convenience is having direct access to the Prudential Center is a plus, especially on the chilly days! It's a home away from home!
