After several visits to the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental, I need to tell others about how great it is! From the moment you walk in the doors, you begin to feel the stress melt away. Even thought you are in the heart of Boston, the entire environment is designed to support relaxation. From check-in to the changing rooms, and relaxation areas, you transition to a more relaxed and open mindset. I don’t know what they do to reduce the city noise but it works. The actual treatments… are amazing! The products in the treatment room are luxurious and smell amazing. They have several lines that can cater to anyone’s medical or allergy issues. The staff is attentive and professional, customizing each experience to the client’s needs. It is apparent that they really care about what they do and are dedicated to making every client feel special. In my opinion, this is definitely the best spa in Boston.

If you’re looking for a special couples/date night, then a couples massage at the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental is your place. The spa is on the 4th floor of the hotel and from the moment you walk in the door it feels like a different world. Your experience starts at check-in where the front desk staff greets you and it continues through the changing rooms to the “relaxation room” where you’ll wait for your massage therapist. My wife & I met up in the couples room where each of our therapists took the time to ask about our individual needs. My therapist was awesome! She made sure to check in with me during the massage and adjusted the pressure as she went along. After the session, my wife was so impressed with the body wash in the showers that she picked up a bottle for home at the little gift shop at check-out. This was a great way to celebrate our anniversary and we’re planning on making a visit to the Spa an annual event. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

Location is convenient and good Service is the best, would like to thanks Concerige team Paul for the recommendation and introduce Boston. Cleanliness and housekeeping may need to enhance and more careful of handling guest's staff, apart from that, everything is higher than expected.

Staff was incredible, all so efficient and nice. Check in tea was a very nice addition. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

It was such a personalized experience. In addition, Anastasiia was wonderful, she was professional and knowledgeable, thank you for taking the time to share some great recommendation which thanks to this I was able to visit my father on the other side of town. The staff was friendly from the front desk, the restaurant, the Spa, the Stewart and the housekeeping team. Shakira at the spa was personable, friendly, and professional. Such an amazing property.
