Luxury luxury luxury. From the first step into the hotel until check out we felt completely taken care of. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing - a tough line to toe! We will definitely be back.

I was there to celebrate my 50th birthday. My party was immediately met by the hotel manager, Jason, to facilitate check in. This was performed flawlessly. Shortly thereafter our party was personally escorted by Jason to the onsite restaurant, Ramsay's Kitchen, for a brilliant 3 course late lunch. The front desk team was professional, courteous, and somehow calming. The room I will describe as "chic modern" and upon entry learned Jason had left us a beautifully prepared tray of desserts, somehow knowing it was my birthday. I cannot say enough about the Mandarin Experience and can only look forward to our next stay.

Absolutely amazing stay. Everything was perfect from check in, to meals, to spa, to lobby/lounge area. Celebrated my husband's 50th and could not have been more spoiled. Had family and children along (never easy!) and everyone felt welcomed and loved the hotel. Definitely our new favorite in Boston. Particular thanks to Jason (manager) for going out of his way to make the stay memorable.

Every team member I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay was genuinely delightful. The room was beautiful, and the welcome amenities were such a thoughtful touch. The reception team were especially kind and welcoming. I had the pleasure of dining at Ramsay’s Kitchen, and I must admit I became absolutely obsessed with the bread rolls (which says a lot coming from a French person!). The Beef Wellington was simply outstanding. We had a special group dinner at the restaurant, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the waiting staff for making the evening truly memorable through their attentiveness and care.
