Great customer service. Lounge on 7th floor Tabitha & Barbara were excellent hostess. Kesley in the restaurant was excellent! Luncheon meal was not hot which ruined the overall taste. Room was excellent.

"My stay at Westin Richmond VA"

I enjoyed my trip to this property 12/4-12/7 The lounge on the 7th floor was awesome. Barbara was grilus and kind and Tabitha was superberb!!! They were very attentive. My only complaint was the banquet meal on Saturday afternoon 12/6/25 the chicken was cold and bland, the asparagus was pale, stale and unappealing. The potatoes were cold and undercooked.

Stayed as apart of international group. The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Food for banquet on Saturday was mediocre. Chicken was dry and food cold, like it had sat for a long while before serving. Tabitha in the Westin Club was amazingly awesome! She was very friendly and helpful, giving tips on local things to go see. Roberto at the Small Batch Restaurant was amazing as well! Made great meal suggestions and was very accommodating.

My stay at Westin Richmond was so amazing! I stayed with family for a conference and was running around. The staff was friendly and very accommodating! Front desk associate Toneeke Pauley was especially friendly and did not hesitate to assist me with what I needed. She made my Saturday morning great!
