Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy. We didn't have an elevator at the villa where I stayed so of course we had to use the stairs and it was a bit of a challenge when it comes to the luggage. Also the food was good but I wish they had a bit more options. Otherwise, it's a great resort. Mi

Loved the beach and pool and our room was nice too

Had to wait till 4.30 to receive my room. Check in is at 3pm. On the day of departure they knocked on my door just after check out to ask when are we leaving. I thought that was a bit cheeky considering I sat in the lobby from 1.30 till 4.30 waiting for a room.
