Lanna Palace 2004 Hotel

I am wondering that can i ark for a receipt from the hotel? and i can not ask for the portfolio from the hotel which i have to report the document to my office work to confirm.

Stayed here recently for 2 nights. There is nothing really wrong with this hotel, however it lacks ambiance and could do with a refurbishment. Having said that, our room was large and clean with a good view & the pool was quite nice. The buffet breakfast could do with a bit more variety. This hotel has lots of potential, best thing going for it at the moment is location. There is a 7eleven & KFC near by which is handy when you're travelling with kids & it's about a 15 min walk to night market. Good for short stay.

The rooms are big and have enough space with large viewing windows. Located in a prominent destination where a foreigner doesn't have any difficulty to get back. The food is good enough and delicious too. The security is good. The swimming pool is small and the water is too cold.

Welcoming lobby. Friendly, English speaking receptionist. Elevators. Room and bathroom was clean. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Hotel needs updating - rooms and halls need painting and new carpet. A/C worked well. Hot pot and cups, but no coffee or tea. Standard bathroom amenities. For the price, it was a good place to stay for a night. Just down the street about a mile from the Night Bazaar. Next to the hospital and easy to find. Off street parking lot.

We arrived early and it was no problem to check in. Staff was very helpful. Wifi very bad, toilet didnt flush well, hotel desperately needs to be renewed. Very noisy, we could hear neighbours talk. Not recommended!

This hotel had a dirty room with mold on walls in the bathroom. The room was so strong with deodorizer that it makes you sick. We had to leave and they would not refund our money through Expedia.

Not good! Poorly maintained property and rooms. Awful smell in the whole complex. Guesthouse style breakfast. Staff was not polite. Never going back!

Weird. This Hotel needs a proper Management. Rooms are ok for the price paid. But service was just weird. First day they forgot (?) to clean my room. Next morning they bumped my door before 8 am. One day they took away 2nd towel. Room was clean and most things were working. Bathoom in good condition. I had a Balcony which was dirty and never taken care of.
