เป็นโรงแรมเก่าแล้วมาทำใหม่ ห้องพักก็ธรรมดา อาหารเช้าธรรมดาค่อนข้างแย่ พนักงานความรู้ไม่ค่อยมี ทำอะไรช้าเวลา service

Don't waste your time or money this hotel is completely run down and the rooms dirty and the bathrooms outdated which kept flooding.This hotel does not deserve the title 'palace' it's a dump look else where.

ห้องอาหารให้บริการดีเฉพาะทัวร์ คนที่ไปพักเดี่ยว ครอบครัว หรือคนไทย กินของเหลือจากกรุ๊ปทัวร์ มีเท่าไรกินเท่านั้น แทนที่จะรีบๆขึ้นอาหารเพราะรู้ว่ามีแขกเต็มทุกวัน ต้องให้แขกเดินไปบอกทีละอย่าง ท่นททำงานแบบนี้ทุกวันหรือ? เสียดายเงินค่าจ้างจริงๆ คนบริการมีน้อยแค่2 คน ทั้งดูแลยกอาหาร เก็บโต๊ะ กวาดพื้น ถ้าเป็นแบบนี้ขอโทษนะ ไม่มีแขกมาพักแน่นอน ขอให้แก้ไขด้วย

Peaceful stay except the wall is too thin can hear noise fr next room.

Thanks to service and had been good trip with safety.

Good location, dirty room, hot water and heating system didn't work. 10 minutes of walk to the night bazaar. Hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants.

The hotel is very old. Looking back at the reviews, the good one are from 2004.... The beds are not comfortable. The location is good (close to city center) but the windows are really thin so we can hear all the noise. On one of the nights we stayed there, there was music outside until 1am, and we could hear everything as if we were at the concert. The hotel wasn't helpful at all in helping us finding nice places to see..... Unless you really need to stay around this area, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Pool freezing, fridge stopped working, 14th floor restaurant not open, shower water pressure and temp control not optimal (or predictable), but otherwise everything was wonderful. Please note that the fridge was promptly fixed as soon as we notified hotel management.
