Playa Tortuga Hotel Beach And Resort

Playa Tortuga es un hotel estupendo para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, el servicio es excelente y las instalaciones muy completas. Son muy cuidadosos con las medidas de bioseguridad y la higiene del hotel. Se los recomiendo!

This place is not as great as the pictures. But everything was ok

Location was beautiful and the resort was well kept. The rooms do not have a refrigerator and there are no ice machines but it can be obtained from the bars at the resort.

The hotel is a good value. I think for the culture it is good service. The front desk went above and beyond. It's a little dated, but I noticed improvements from 2019 to 2020 stay.

The property is very dated and remote. It’s a nice place for families perhaps. the rooms are very dated but the ocean view is very nice with the birds and jungle.

Loved the balcony and pool. Balcony would be nicer if it had a small table with the chairs and a small privacy wall between balconies. Staff at the pier restaurant were not that friendly. Shower water pressure was up and down and hot and cold water changed.

The resort was nice, the whole place needs to update the flooring and a fresh paint job. The staff are friendly but not a lot of initiative. I sat at the pool asked for a menu and no one ever comes back to take the order, I end up ordering at the bar

We arrived early morning and were allowed to check in to our room on arrival.

Very nice and clean hotel with great service very helpful staff

Probably the best place near bocas town but that doesn’t say much. Good for kids because of pools.
