"Good"

The staff was great. My room had just a trickle of hot water so be prepared for warm showers at best. Mostly cool showers though. No refrigerator or coffee maker in the room which is a huge downer. Air conditioning worked like a champ though!

"Excellent"

We went for 3 days and stayed for 12 days. 1. Is about 5 mins tax drive to town 2. The beach is very private and clean 3. The food is great 4. Internet is faster them must place in the US 5. Breakfast was very basic 6. Rooms were always clean and ok

I was very pleased with every aspect of my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One thing I really likes is I did not have to worry about my things being stolen. I have had bad experiences at other resorts. I will definitely return anytime I am in Bocas.

Playa Tortuga has excellent accommodations for our stay in Panama. The staff was very welcoming, professional and extreme accommodating. The grounds were very well kept, room was always clean. The best pool in Bocas Del Toro!! The food was great and room service was always delicious. Definitely recommend!

It has an excellent location, nice pool, the staff are very nice. It is a great place to relax. It also offers transportation into town.

It was nice to be there. The staff was so kind. We went there in low season so they had maintenance work ongoing. The air extractor in the bathroom was so noisy but not disturbing. They do have free shuttle from/to downtown thrice per day.
