Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Airport by IHG

Stayed here as part of a trip to visit friends in Cardiff. Lovely little hotel, all the staff were so friendly and made myself and my 3 year old son welcome. I even contacted the hotel the night the night before to request a runway view for us to watch the planes. Ashley was so happy to help and allocated up room 306...perfect. the breakfast was basic, but hot. We will definitely use this hotel again.

A restricted menu in the restaurant. 3 items on the desert menu, 2 of those were out of stock. They did much better with the breakfast. Room was comfortable. ith a bit of effort this could be a great hotel.

Property clean and staff efficient. Everything that was scheduled ran on time. A very friendly place!

we found it to be very clean and comfortable, also very close to the check in lounge at the airport, and the courtesy bus took just a couple of min's to get us there, this hotel was also great value for money you get the room, breakfast,and park your car while on hols all included in the price. told my mates down the pub now they are all using it for there hols Roger, Newport monmouthshire

The staff are so welcoming and really can’t do enough for you, including taking my assistance dog out to a patch of grass late at night so she could toilet. Shuttle service to the airport is fantastic.

The room was clean but 1st room the thermostat for the heating didn't work, so I asked for another room, 2nd room was a disabled so was moved again and in the 3rd room the wi fi didn't work.

Great location right next to the airport and long stay parking. Staff were very friendly.

Room's were clean and tidy. Car park was a bit rough no security camera's that I could see overlooking it.

Excellent friendly staff and good service. Good location to explore Wales. Thoroughly enjoyed our break away 😊
