Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Airport by IHG

Very good service on check in sofa bed not made up but were moved straight away to another room extra towels supplied along with an extra mug. Location was very good, the T9 express bus into Cardiff stopped right opposite. Overall an excellent stay

Excellent,big warm room, comforatble bed, very quiet actually although beside the airport, early breakfast, friendly service.

Room 228 seemed to be next to a generator. Had a permanent buzzing noise.

Room was way too small for 3 people, no disabled facilities in room, beds were way too low, but at least we were only there for one night. Transport links through Port Road to the airport are a disgrace. We will not be flyi g from Cardiff on our next trip away, too expensive and certainly not value for money

Loved everything from checkin to check out. Dinner was great. Breakfast simple but substantial. Everything was clean and hotel was placed quite central. Lived it and would recommend to everyone

From the moment we arrive, there was care shown and that made us relax. The room was very pleasant & the sofa was much appreciated.. . . The breakfasts were enjoyable though the cooked part could do with being a bit more varied but I understand why the hotel management have chosen to provide only 4 items each morning. This is an 'Express' hotel where lots of people stay just one night and are flying the next day, often early morning.

Faultless ! . I cannot praise the staff enough . From the Gentleman who checked us in , to the Gentleman behind the bar and the ladies at reception the next morning . Exceptional Service by a Customer focused Team . Just Great ...
