Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Airport by IHG

I requested a double room but was given a twin. As it says it can't be guaranteed. Not happy as I wouldn't of booked it

we found the Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Airport extremely good with nice friendly staff and very helpful. On our departure we expressed our thanks to the receptionist also saying we would gladly stay with them again on our next visit as we have a lot of friends in the area and I usually come down every year to visit my previous golf club for a competition and dinner.

Had a lovely stay at hotel, staff friendly and helpful, especially Ashley Williams who was very friendly and made us feel welcome, thank you Ashley your a beaut 😊 ,kim and tonia x

This establishment is great! Close to a lot of attractions

Very friendly staff, food service was a little slow, but a good breakfast.

The room was clean and well equipped. The food was very average. Would not recommend the food at all, but after making a polite complaint, received a refund for dinner.

The staff really make this hotel-friendly, thoughtful & helpful. We were really impressed at how welcome they made us.

Beds and sofa bed were very uncomfortable need improving otherwise I could not have faulted the place

A short stay before flying off on our holiday. Staff welcoming but got told off for not parking our car here whilst on holiday (we had made other arrangements). Room was clean and comfortable. Evening meal was OK. Service was with a smile. No breakfast for us (early flight) despite being promised croissant and jam to go!
