Internal noise a bit of a problem but no more than other hotels

The hotel itself is ok, the bedroom looked pretty rundown, sixties if I had to age it! The flushing needs seeing to as pushing it three times each time to get a result was pretty annoying. No shampoo! The beds one mattress was far too large for the bed, so it gives you a false alarm and one slips off it and was pretty dangerous. Breakfast so and so. Staff were nice.

I booked this hotel room due do the webpage informing me that the rooms supplied a bath/shower as I find after a long drive I need a bath to unlock my joints. When I arrived I was informed by reception that my room only had a shower and no bath. I said to the member of staff that I needed a bath and was informed that they have no baths in any room in this hotel. So I double checked your webpage so either you giving out false information or the staff member just lied to me. As I had just arrived at 10 pm I was forced to take the room, I was awake all night in pain in my joints as I couldn’t have a bath, please look into this as I bet that I’m not the first person this as happed to. Also I must inform you that the free breakfast was rubbish on of the worst I’ve ever had. First the plate they give you is only a side plate, the bacon looked very strange and smelled and the sausages where all burned. The eggs where ok but only available scrambled egg no fried or pouched eggs. Not very good I tied a little bit of the food and spent most of the day with a upset stomach and in the toilet. I’ve been to a lot of hotels over the years and this is very poor I would never go back to this hotel every again. P.s just to put the icing on the cake, the staff started cleaning the room next to me at 11.30 pm which was very load once the vacuum was put on for 20 mins.

Couldn't check in till 2.30 due to room not being available however, Ashley on reception was extremely friendly, welcoming and his customer service skills were excellent

Room was good and clean. Breakfast was good but felt it would be good if you have more choices for vegetarians.

We were charges 25 pounds to check in early. We asked for 2 beds. The fold out cot was the other bed. No sheets etc. the cot was dirty with food crumbs etc. There was no heat in our room. When we asked for help they brought up a very old space heater. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. Staff very nice and helpful but hampered by management policies. Pick another hotel.

Staff was excellent, close to airport, food was good. Everything that one needs for a short stay and convenient access to airport.

Very average room. Bed too soft. No air conditioning in room. Room was very basic and clinical. However, i only booked this accommodation as it was close to the airport for our early flight so it served our need. Staff were however, very friendly and made our visit enjoyable.

The location was great. Staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable

Everything is good, especially the free buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean but the family room sofa bed are uncomfortable.
