Blood on sheets in room. Disgusting. Cannot believe a maid could leave that. Not planning to return. Want to cancel both sets of rooms booked for the New Yead

Did not book disabled room! That’s what I had No coffee or milk in room Dirty cups

i like the staff very helpful & always got the smile.i onlydont like the sofa bed. i think it was old. not comfortable to lie down it was lumpy & not even. my son was not happy wt that. breakfast is ok.

Carpets needed cleaning. Family room was too small and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surrounding was very quiet.

super convenient to the Cardiff Airport. Perfect place to catch an early flight. Surprisingly quiet.

Staff were super friendly and helpful - restored my faith in the world after a very stressful start to our holiday. (Flight cancelled from Gatwick; horrendous train journey from London to Cardiff). A bar (open until late), comfy beds, decent breakfast and a free 5 min shuttle bus service to airport. Thank you Holiday Inn Express

This is a fantastic Holiday Inn. The staff here are exceptional, so friendly and helpful and the service they offer is brilliant value for money. The only points for improvement would be comfier sofa beds, and an expanded menu to include some healthier/fresher options.

Only complaint was staffs inability to ensure people did not park in disabled parking. You should clamp or tow away non complaints.

Checking in lady wonderful, other staff hanging around . She doing all work. Shower heat control not working boiling hot had to wash hair in sink . Sink plug not working . ‘ soft ‘ pillow awful lumpy no stuffing . Would not recommend this hotel especially our room . What if a child was under shower and got scalded
