You must show a valid photo ID upon check in. Please note that this property requires a refundable security bond of $300 to be charged at check-in on your arrival, the bond would be refunded on your departure date if there is no any damage, breakage or loss in the unit. Usually, it will take 2 to 3 business days depending on the bank transaction time and then, the bond would be back to your indicated card account. The property will provide each booking one time of linen, start kit and cleaning pack for free, extra requests or items will charge a fee.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
