Please note that this property requires a refundable security bond of $300 to be charged at check-in on your arrival, the bond would be refunded on your departure date if there is no any damage, breakage or loss in the unit. Mary Lieu , was a very helpful and polite manageress. The accommodation was very clean and all facilities in good working order. I will return to Harbourside in the future.

Location

Mould in shower, off milk, no top sheet, had to buy decent pillows, permanent resident warming up diesel car at 4am every morning filled room with fumes.

Appreciated the amenities

Room had cockroaches. One of the staff tried to unlock my room while I was there without warning. Wanted to know why I was in room 102 when he had the key to 202. I was really confused. Then the next day knocked on my door with the same question and then asked where my mum was. I had no idea what was going on. Made it really uncomfortable after that and difficult to enjoy my stay.

The location is great with parking space, room is big, shower is great, strong and full of hot water. Bed is reasonable comfort.

Big mirror against to the bed. Very noisy outside the road, but it's not the hotel's fault. The lock for the door is too simple.

Close to where I needed to be.

Furniture is 'cheap and nasty' so bed was uncomfortable. Appears to be long term tenants in the building who 'think they own the place'.
