Sandy linen, infested kitchen, noisy main road proximity, dated pretty much everything.

There was empty drug satchels in the draw I had to share 2 seperate room with my family so I couldn’t stay with my partner cause the kids there was no plug for the sink 1 towel 1 toilet roll the carpet stank like smelly feet the heatpumps were so dusty we cleaned them ourself the staff was rude you couldn’t leave a pair of shoes out the front near door I was charged 140 dollars for 2 broken cups it was the most worse exper I’ve ever had at a hotel will not recommend it to anyone unless things changed it also cost 7 and a half grand just to stay for 15 days needs new owners

The location was great. Whilst reception was never open when I went there, the owner was always only a phone call away responding to any queries promptly and in detail before we arrived, whislt there and when we left.

That reception was not open when I needed things, but that's such a minor issue

location close to beach however was very noisy in my room near the road continual traffic on busy road

security was poor, no latches on the windows no chain on the door. continually killing bugs looked like mini cockroaches shower dirty and mould on the walls. if my booking was refundable I would have left

The only thing I liked was the location

Mouldy shower filthy pillows 2 towels and only 2 thin pillows but if you ask for more towels or pillows it's $5 per item

The location. Close to shops snd other attractions.

I lost count of how many cockroaches I had to kill. I also found a few large strange hairballs while making the bed. The place was not cleaned.

The staff are pleasant and friendly.

The bathroom and kitchen could have been much cleaner.

The pool area was lovely.

In our 2 week stay we only get the 2 towels and bed linen was not changed. A weekly room clean and service would be nice or even just provide a broom. Beds were shot. Bathroom was very moldy.
