Everything it was amazing
Beautiful setting Lookout for iguanas in the trees on sunset side.
While we were happy with the location of this condo, it was lacking in amenities as our unit was not associated with Hawks Cay. We were not able to access the pool, hot tub, gym, etc due to our unit not offering the bracelets to enter those facilities. Our unit was clean however it needed a deep cleaning as the doors, cabinets and furniture were dirty. The condos are very narrow, so having more than one person in the kitchen was difficult, but we were out on the deck as often as possible. Both Bedrooms in our unit had very little clothing storage options, we hung some items but kept most clothes in our suitcases.
Location was perfect. The unit was showing its age - both upstairs bathrooms need up grading, and the hall/stairs/landing carpet needs replacing
The kitchen was set up for tall people. I am short and needed a stool. The ice maker was broke. You need to update the chairs on the back deck. In the living area the comfy chair was under the TV. Maybe take out the trundle and put in a sleeper sofa, however the trundle was comfortable to sleep on. It was great that you had handrails everywhere. Excellent job with restoration of the Property
The Villas Hawks Cay is the best pleace to enjoy with my family.
Very bad , I don’t recommend this to anyone, this people offer resort but we can’t used the offer don’t included wristbands
