I was very disappointed to find out once I got there the Villa had two stories! I have a handicapped mother who could not climb up a steep 15 stairs. I almost had a heart attack! No where does it list it’s a two story building! Other than that it’s a beautiful place to stay if you don’t mind the 15 stairs to go to your bedroom. 😮😧
Whiles the end unit townhome was in a nice location of Duck Key, by renting privately you cannot use any of the amenities of the resort and need to travel 15 minutes for beach and pool access. The unit also had only comfortable seating for one on the main level as they maximized sleeping space with daybeds in the small living room area. Beds were comfortable and ample linens were provided.
The property exceeded our expectation. We were not sure what to expect as there was not much information on the property itself but we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The property was nicely laid out with everything we needed and it was very clean and well taken care of it.
This property is NOT as advertised. Dirty (roaches & mice) in disrepair. Hot water didn't work up stairs. Expedia could do nothing, had to move my family two days into the trip and pay for another place, yes it was that bad... Expedia could not even get a negotiated refund of any kind, will likely cause me not to rent places on Expedia again. Terrible experience and property management was worthless, didn't care. The "amenities" they mention are a good drive away vs all the other stuff you want to do is within walking distance. Took one for the team, pass on this rental.

I was expecting a nice condo and pulled up to an old outdated apartment complex. The inside was small but okay and clean. The outside was not so nice. They should probably put the actual photos of the location that you will be staying at instead of fake photos. From the photos on hotels.com, it’s really nice, but then you pull up to crap! The place also smelled like fish cooking all the time outside. That may have been someone cooking constantly.

property was ok needs a few up grades like the furniture and the pool is in need of repairs as well as the kitchen appliances
The property is excellent but the cleanliness is poor, they need to give maintenance, the utensils were not enough for 6 people, the blender wasn’t working, the pans were a little dirty, the supplies that they provide also weren’t enough for 3 days, how I told before the place and the location is beautiful.
