The building is in poor condition. screen door in disrepair for example. And this was a true bait and switch horror. We couldn't even enter the villa once we saw it was a Motel 6 stuck in front of a maintenance container and the gas pumps the Marina. Basically a plot of grass in a parking lot with no swimming pool. I will be submitting a formal letter for refund and using social media to deter anyone from using Hotels.com. or KeysCaribbean. Photos 1 and 2 are what we found. Photo 3 is what was shown to us in all of our mailings.
Said room had 2 queen beds. Unfortunately one of those "queen" beds was a pull out couch?? Toilet had urine all over it, gross! Won't be back.
I've never given a bad review till now. My 1st and hopefully last time I ever have to deal with these things. Poor communication, room smelled

I was happy with my stay except for two things! The pool available for people using these condos to use was 9 miles back down the highway and since I flew in and had no car... that was disappointing! Another disappointment was there was no place to do my laundry! There was supposed to be a place right behind condo also advertised to exist but it didn’t exist! Otherwise. The condo was old but sufficient and redone and ok for one person!
I liked the location and it was old but clean and spacious. They need an upgrade to the outside. But very quiet and we loved walking around the marina. The folks on the phone were easy to talk to with no wait times. Very much appreciate that. All in all it was nice. But this picture next to this survey was not the way the unit looked.
It was awesome. Better than expected.
The property/unit needs some updating. Couch covers ...torn in some areas and another needs to be cleaned. Larger/better television in lower/main living area would help. Overall I would rate this unit 3 of 5 star.
The unit was bad we could not stay in it.. the property refused to refund The bedding was never changed from the previous renters. Pubic hair in the bed. And the units was dirty.
Having a private pool was nice. The inside wasn’t the cleanest and outside isn’t too kept up.
