Wonderful caring service. When I got home I realized I had left my computer charger in the room. I spoke with Gladys from housekeeping, and she located it and immediately mailed it to me. Thank you!

Perfect location. The staff is fantastic. I accidentally left something valuable in the room and Gladys went above and beyond in finding it and helping to ship it to my home! She was very professional and helpful! I will stay at the Village Lodge every time I go to Mammoth.

Big thanks to Alexandra Aguilar for going above and beyond the call of duty! As Housekeeping Manager, she provided a truly high level of personalized service. I left some important documents in a black notebook in my rented unit. Since these units are individually owned, it can be difficult for staff to distinguish owner property from items left by guests. Alexa personally retrieved the notebook and worked with me to ship it back safely. She is the best! Everyone knows that The Village Lodge location and amenities—like the hot jacuzzi after a long day of pounding your legs on the mountain—are essential for a great Mammoth ski vacation. Huge thanks to Alexa and the entire Village Lodge staff!

Always a good stay at Village Lodge! This trip there was so much snow the mountain actually shut down. Despite an overload of guests with questions, the receptionist Mandy was ultra professional in getting us checked out a day early so we could make it down the mountain before roads closed. We were even refunded the night we didn't use which was very helpful. Condos are always clean and well kept with excellent housekeeping and friendly staff throughout the property. Proximity to gondola, bars and shopping is perfect too.

I accidentally forgot my jacket in the closet in the room when i checked out. The hotel put me in touch with the housekeeping manager Alexandra Aguilar. She was very responsive and quickly and efficiently had it shipped back to me. Thank you !!

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the property was spotless, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. What really made this stay unforgettable, though, was Antonio. He went above and beyond in every possible way — professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making guests feel taken care of. Whether it was helping with recommendations, making sure everything was perfect with my room, or simply greeting me with a warm smile, he turned what would have been a great stay into an extraordinary one. It’s rare to encounter someone who clearly loves what they do, and it shows. Because of Antonio and the incredible service overall, I will absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone I know. We love staying here on our yearly ski trip to Mammoth. The location right next to the gondola couldn't be better. Our condo is very clean with all the amenities we need. The staff is very accommodating meeting any needs we may have. We love the ski lockers near the exit door. The pool and hot tub after skiing are so relaxing. Included underground parking keeps the car snow free. Four stars because the facility could use an update. Also the bathtubs are very deep so a safety bar would be helpful.

Such an amazing stay at Village Lodge! Julia was such an amazing help when we checked in & made everything so smooth! The rooms and village were very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect & very accessible. The gondola is available and will take you to Canyon Lodge. The atmosphere was very calm and there were nice areas to sit near the fire pits and relax. Amenities were great! There were multiple pools and jacuzzis to use and the gym was very nice! We will definitely be back for our next ski trip!
