Comfort, cleanliness, personable staff.

Proximity to the road. The noise was very bad. When the doors and windows were closed you had to rely on air conditioning which dried out the air too much. They need a humidifier. Also the fan was very loud. Also the bed had electric static when you moved that glowed in the dark.

I loved all

My son left his airpods behind. I never thought we would be able to recover them! After looking thru everything, we checked 'find my airpods'--sure enough, they showed that he left them in Mammoth at the Village Lodge. I called the Lodge and got thru to Alexa Aguilar, Dir of Housekeeping. I explained the situation and she assured me that she would check with security to see if they were left in the room. An hour later, I received a call that they were found! Alexa's follow thru was first-class, excellent. We sent her a mailing label and she assured me that she would be sending them to us. We can't thank her enough for her assistance in finding the airpods. Her service was excellent and the find that is only found in luxury class hotels with one of a kind employees.
