The Village Lodge

Love this Hotel! Best in Mammoth. We love staying here it’s so convenient! Check was so easy! Miguel and Antonio’s customer service was outstanding! Parking is underground and easy. ! I highly recommend this hotel.5 stars!!

My Family and I have stayed at the Village Lodge in Mammoth many times. This last time I have forgotten a very nice perfume that my husband gifted me, so I called them to ask them if they have found it, while cleaning. They checked with housekeeping and it turned out they had it. They ended up sending it back to me - which was highly appreciated!

Had a great ski weekend with our family. Unfortunately the condo was not part of it. Very subpar accommodations, sofa sleeper bed was completely broken. Multiple maintenance issues that went unaddressed. Seems like they are severely understaffed. Front desk basically could care less when you call. You’re paying for a great location and basically nothing else. There are other options in Mammoth. Stayed in room 2101, avoid this unit like the plague.

Great room, great amenities, great service. Short walk to the gondola. Great kitchen, I recommend going to the grocery store when you get up here. No places really deliver food and the few eateries are pricey. Great experience with the service. I left my work keys in the room and didn’t notice until we were driving home. Called the Lodge and Gladys in housekeeping found them and shipped them to my home. Thank you so much!

I’ve been to this hotel many times. Always the best service possible. However, this review is to specifically shout out Alexandra Aguilar, the hospitality manager, and her team. I recently stayed at one of the units and left my very special to me sunglasses at the unit. I checked out on Thursday and it is now Wednesday and I have the sunglasses in my possession. Alexandra and her team worked SO QUICKLY to get everything over to me safely. Thank you so much!! Will be back!

When I got home I realized I left some clothes in my room’s closet. Alexandra did an EXCELLENT job helping me make arrangements to get them shipped to me. So grateful.
