Perfect place to stay ver clean

The room in the hotel was very good only thing missing was a fridge.

The room didn’t have air conditioning so was very hot. A fan was providing but that didn’t help. Staff, services were all good including breakfast.

Overall, nice clean, large room in a pleasant hotel. Good bathroom. A few more milks would have been good as each drink needed two milks. Good value for money.

One star is too many !!! I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express, Peterborough West in the early afternoon of July 11th. The temperature in the room (228) was the same as outside, 28ºC. The window could not be openned more than 2 inches and there was no air conditioning (just a very small, ineffective electric fan). As I found it difficult to breathe in this room, I returned to the reception where I was told none of the hotel rooms was air conditioned, so I cancelled the reservation (on the grounds that the room was uninhabitable) and moved to a different IHG hotel that does have air conditioning. I have now spent more than two hours on a number of calls to IHG, spoken to several agents and been cut-off for the fourth time and therefore feel justified in saying that IHG customer services is appaling (but it never used to be. I am still a Platinum Rewards member by choice and have used their hotels as far apart as San Francisco and Kuala Lumpur, and I have never had such poor service.

C'è un parcheggio grande e si può mangiare all'interno dell'albergo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche se abbiamo dormito solo una notte perchè giriamo l'Inghilterra per 3 settimane. Holiday Inn Express in Peterborough, England. It's close to the highway, clean, the shower works very well, and the breakfast is good. There's ample parking, and you can eat on site. We had a great time, even though we only stayed one night because we're touring England for three weeks.
