Location was good, but very noisy next to the highway…it was like we had a window open.

When I booked the room through Booking.com, I did reach out to the hotel asking for a first floor room as my husband is disabled and it’s easier for him to help with our pet… when I was checking in, I was told that they didn’t reserve a first floor room for us. Also, I asked for a receipt and was told that I would have to get it through Booking.com
