Friendly, welcoming staff Good breakfast Super cavern type restaurant with excellent food Parking and close to town and park

No lift or air conditioning. We were in attic room during heatwave. Though staff were excellent helping with cases and providing fans

Nice bit of supper in the heat. Restaurant was cool , service very good. We had the sea bass and the burger.Both good. Seems to cater for the older diner, worth a visit.

Relatively small car park, but managed to get the last spot for the night, although there is night time on street parking next to the hotel. Very friendly welcome on arrival. Room was comfortable and clean. Really nice breakfast with friendly staff.

The menu looked nice but the restaurant was empty and I did not want to sit in a empty room on my own, so i went out to eat somewhere else. I should have had a look in the bar area but it seemed just as quite.

Het terras in de tuin ziet er gezellig uit, maar door slecht weer hebben wij er geen gebruik van kunnen maken.

De locatie aan een drukke weg/rotonde, klein/smal/laag en donker. Geen douche in de kamer. In Bridport is niks. Naar West Bay is het een half uur wandelen.

The room was exceptionally comfortable. Tea, coffee ,hot chocolate available & complimentary water provided. Bathroom accessories such as flannels, body lotion, body/hand wash, sewing kit, shower cap were also provided. The breakfast choice was superb, we had The Dorset which was a full English all cooked to perfection & locally sourced produce. The staff were very polite & made us feel very welcome. There is a cellar bar & lovely outdoor garden bar with seating & plenty of cushions & throws if it gets chilly. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyably. There is a bus stop just up a bit from the hotel which will take you to West Bay & other places. We enjoyed the open top bus back from West Bay. Thoroughly recommend a stay here at the hotel.

They were very dog-friendly, which was very nice for our little dog, as we could have our lunch and breakfast with her in their dining/breakfast room. It was easy to find and situated in town close to the shops. West Bay beach was also amazing to visit. Their food was superb, as we had Sunday lunch there, as well as breakfast.

The TV and the WIFI were not working. The TV picture was awful and kept jumping.
