Pier House

Out of the five breakfasts that we ordered two of my party were not happy with their breakfast. Scrambled egg and smoked salmon with a very small.on a piece of toast and the size of the portion compared to a person on another table was disappointing. poached egg with crushed avocado on sour bread, toast was disappointing. smallest piece of sourdough I’ve ever seen.

We had a meal at the restaurant on two nights last week. The food, service and atmosphere were all equally excellent. Can't recommend enough!

Great hotel, fabulous room and wonderful staff. We had a great stay, the food was top notch and the attention to detail in the hotel was second to none. We visited Eden and the St Austell Brewery during our stay, we were able to catch a bus to the latter which was very handy!

Popped in for a meal with my partner and had a great experience. The food was great and the service was even better. Highly recommend

Just an overnight stay but it was most enjoyable. A friendly and helpful staff coupled with a satisfying menu. The hotel is most comfortable having been completely renovated in 2024. There is a varied menu both for drinks and food. The superior room had a double window view over the harbour and out to sea. We would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay in the beautiful Pier House Hotel with my partner for a week! The room was beautiful looking out onto the pier and the hospitality was the best I’ve experienced in a long time! Abbi and Izzy were super accommodating throughout out stay really going the extra mile making us feel very at home. The restaurant staff were also super attentive and friendly, not to mention the delicious evening meals and breakfasts. Overall a stay that left us wanting more!

Had dinner here tonight - as always just fab. Great food and great service - pity the Old Bay Crab Fondue sharing dish was "retired " as were the "lobster butter fries" I pray they come back on the menu at some stage - please! Otherwise all good as usual - looking forward to our Christmas lunch - but will be back before then obviously.

Absolutely fantastic. We paid extra for the sea view and so glad we did. The room decor delightful, as well as being clean and comfortable with well thought out amenities e.g. decent hairdryer and coffee machine. Restaurant experience great and all staff amazing. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay.
