Pier House

One of the nicest UK hotels we have stayed in. The refurbishment and decor is incredible. all the finishing touches and no expense spared.

We were very impressed with the room and facilities. Comfortable and clean. Lovely little touches from quilted rain coats to fresh milk in the fridge and even complementary larger in the fridge in our room. Also a super selection of coffee pods and tea for our use which added a bit of luxury to our stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and personally showed us to our room. Breakfast was excellent as was our evening meal. Highly recommended

The Pier House hotel is special! The food is wonderful, the drinks are served with a smile and in nice glasses! The staff cannot do enough for you. Nothing is a problem, they just want you to have a wonderful time. Blankets are offered to keep the chill off when sat outside, looking over Charlestown Harbour. The management are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The service offered by every employee here, is exceptional.

Room was next to kitchen up half the night and first thing due to noise

This hotel is just lovely! The staff are exemplary in their dealings with customers, and others in the hospitality business would do well to follow their example. Special mention to the receptionist who this morning (30/08) offered to drive me to the station if I missed the bus! The room was quirky, clean and very comfortable and Charlestown itself s delightful. I will definitely return.

What an amazing place to stay, from the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted, all the staff have been absolutely wonderful we have been well looked after, especially Jenny at Breakfast to Rowena at Dinner time, we would come back here in a heart beat, we have travelled from New Zealand to find this absolute treasure, sad to be leaving today.

We have just had our first ever trip to Cornwall and stayed at Pier House Hotel. Our room was amazing and so quirky we just loved it ! The Hotel is a lovely place to stay - all the staff were fantastic and so friendly, the food was so good and tasty didn’t have anything we didn’t enjoy . The only complaint we had is our stay just ended too quickly, we would have loved to have been able to stay for longer! So a huge thank you to the whole team at the Pier house for helping to make our first visit so memorable.
