Lovely home-made pies and excellent breakfast where the dog was given a couple of sausages. Perfect location for walking dog and felt to feel welcome
Not bad for the price. Stayed whilst pub was closed in annexe so cant really comment on food etc
Clean and comfortable room, ensuite bathroom was a little cramped. Great staff. Good evening meals and breakfast.
The staff at the wagon and horses are friendly and inviting. We had a really good evening meal and drinks in the evening. The next day a fantastic breakfast and again served by really friendly people. I would recommend this accommodation and staff. Very good.

The location was perfect for attending a wedding at The White Hart which is 3 mins walk from The Wagon & Horses. The room and bed served their purpose, were warm and comfortable, the only issue was the shower, which had very low pressure and 20 seconds of hot water, my friend in the room next door also had the same issue, not nice after a heavy night at a wedding, definitely something they should look into getting sorted.
Food was decent, room was decent. Staff was extremely friendly. We felt at home. Nothing fancy, but we were very comfortable.
Nice little pub with a few rooms, convenient for our family BBQ. Bed was very creaky and not particularly comfortable and room was a bit stuffy. Breakfast was fine, cooked to order, but not particularly special - toast burnt, bacon bit fatty. A breakfast menu would be a nice addition. At £85 a night, a bit expensive for what it was.
