Good location, staff were friendly

Beds were atrocious. So uncomfortable. You could feel the spings. Probably the worst room I have ever stayed in. It was clean but just not comfy.

On arrival the hotel was very poor and run down reception staff initially ok. On arrival to room the door was wedged open and the window latch was broken you couldn't open the window . The shelf was falling off the wall. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour . On going to reception staff the lady was very rude and not helpful in the slightest. Ended up going to stay elsewhere no offer of money back . Very poor would not recommend .

Room OK. Breakfast good. Bed comfortable but duvet was too thick for a warm summer night and there was no alternative available.

Provision of a summer bedsheet. It is much easier to get warmer than it is to get cooler.

Location excellent. Breakfast good but muffin a bit chewey.

Bathroom very good but small shelf in shower would help as would a grab rail as an aid for older clients.

I liked the look and feel of the hotel.

Cold room upon arrival, was rectified later in the day.
