Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect and the bed! THE most comfortable ever. I will return. Thank you.

Wifi is not good. Sorry, but that's the truth of my experience.

Location, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful.

Room allocated was top of stairs by door and heard everyone that went through it as it banged shut and the bar was directly underneath both very noisy. On arrival the room had no water, this was known before we went up to the room, so we should have been pre warned . I had to go back down to the bar and ask for some water! Staff were helpful and apologetic and it did eventually come back on. I found the bed too hard, but that's just preference it might have been ok for someone else. Quality of toilet pause was awful, my advice take your own!

Front rooms a little noisy with traffic. I'm a light sleeper but it didn't bother my husband. We have stayed here before and the back rooms are quieter
